Pre Sales / Post Sales Consultant

  • HopOn is growing and looking for a Pre Sales / Post Sales Consultant with a passion for mobile and web applications to help drive the sales.You will be the technical expert working closely with our sales team to ensure that the solutions are tailored to meet the customer requirements and to work closely with the customer during the deployment of the solution.

    Responsibilities :

    • Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for new business
    • Attend meetings with business development managers and act as a technical expert
    • Put together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals
    • Collaborate closely with customers to devise effective solutions
    • Ensure that the company’s solution can deliver on the customer’s requirements
    • Work closely with customers to understand and define requirements.
    • Reply to RFIs and RFPs
    • Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team
    • Train and accompany the customer during the implementation.
    • Provide ongoing customer support post implementation.

    Required background

    • Previous experience in a technical pre-sales / Post sales / Product Manager / Project Manager position
    • Must be a subject matter expert with cloud-based software and Mobile systems
    • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
    • Fluent in English and German
    • Extensive travel to Europe.
