We are delighted to welcome the Isle of Wight Floating Bridge Ferry Service as a new user of our EPoS ticketing solution.
The Ferry service, which is owned and operated by the Isle of Wight Council, has introduced ECR’s renowned TicketPoS system to create a smarter, more streamlined way for its customers to travel.
The Cowes to East Cowes service was first established in 1859 and is one of a few remaining floating bridges in the UK.
ECR was asked to provide an account-based end-to-end ticketing solution to include a new website, which would replace an outdated system.
TicketPoS enables customers to plan and purchase, linking into schedules, route and departure data in real time. Whether on account, walk up or drive on, it has you covered!
