Product / Solutions Manager

HopOn is growing and looking for a Product / Solution Manager with a passion for mobility services to help drive our Seamless Mobility solution in Europe.

Success in the role requires strong communication, organization skills, and the ability to thrive through challenges. You have an appreciation for getting into the weeds to create detailed workflows. You have the prowess to work with our customers and potential customers and, must be able to work seamlessly with our engineering, QA departments, and customer services group.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on product strategy and roadmap for Customer Growth.
  • Defining product requirements based on customer needs.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver your product on time.
  • Communicating progress and challenges to all stakeholders regarding the products and features.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in previous Product / Solution, Pre-sales Management roles.
  • Mandatory – 2+ years experience in the Mobility / Transportation field.
  • Proven experience with technical platforms APIs (integration and documentation writing)
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfort with working with and managing distributed resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing relevant stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel
